    While the program is only available for you to sign up through your employer, you have the option of a plan that covers everyone “under your roof and wallet.” This plan also includes senior family coverage for parents, in-laws, and grandparents over the age of 65.

    Enroll in Allstate Identity Protection Pro+ Cyber for $5.05 per paycheck for individual or $8.75 per paycheck for the entire family.

  • When would my coverage start?

    You will be eligible for coverage as soon as you enroll. While some features begin as soon as you enroll, for certain features to work, such as financial threshold and social media monitoring, you will need to enter your account information for us to begin monitoring.

  • What if my employment status changes?

    Good news! If you leave or retire from your current employer, you can continue your coverage without interruption (subject to applicable law and the plan’s terms and conditions). Although payroll deduction will no longer be available, you can opt for other payment methods such as direct bank account deduction, credit card billing or home billing. Higher rates may apply.

  • Why would I need Allstate Identity Protection when my bank and/or credit card company offer a program?

    No, activating credit monitoring on your Allstate Identity Protection account is considered a soft inquiry, which does not impact your credit score, as it is informational only and not a credit application. This is different from a hard inquiry, which occurs when you apply for credit. A hard inquiry can impact your credit score.

To enroll in Identity Protection during your new hire, open enrollment, or qualified life event window, please log in to Workday.

 

You may cancel Identity Protection during your open enrollment or qualified life event window. Log in to Workday to disenroll.

 

Coverage begins on the day you select when you enroll. Once enrolled, you will receive a welcome email within 24-48 hours and a letter in the mail a few weeks later.

 

Please note that welcome packets for January enrollments will arrive in late January.
